Our affiliation gives ArxSetup clients direct access to Australian corporate, tax and migration counsel — useful for Pty Ltd setups, current Australian visa pathways, and cross-border structures.
Engagements remain with ArxSetup; affiliated firms are engaged on a referral or co-counsel basis where their specialist input adds value. All such engagements are disclosed to clients in writing.

We file directly with the UAE registries. Where a jurisdiction requires a licensed resident or registered agent, CSP or filing agent — for example BVI, Cayman, Panama, Singapore and Australia — we coordinate directly with that licensed partner and disclose their role in writing. No resold licences, no hidden markups.
Every quote itemises our professional fee and the pass-through government charges separately. We do not commence work, and do not collect fees, until our engagement letter is countersigned.

Where a matter needs senior corporate, tax or disputes counsel beyond our scope, we escalate to our affiliated firms — Neo Legal in the UAE, Cornwalls in Australia — at our cost where the issue is structural, with prior consent where the issue is yours.

All tax-specific work (UAE Corporate Tax registration, VAT filings, audit, FTA representation) is delivered through the firm's affiliated FTA-registered tax-agent and accounting partners. All complex legal matters are escalated to or co-handled with Neo Legal (Dubai) or Cornwalls (Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane).
